ACCOMODATION

Woodland View Holiday Apartment offers 5-Star accommodation rated by Visit Wales. The apartment incorporates a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. Two double bedrooms include the popular Hypnos Kingsize beds. These beds can be be split to twin beds if required. The bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms complete with walk-in shower. The bedrooms each have their own TV or for more luxurious viewing our unique 4K Private Cinema will make your holiday complete. Stream your favourite movies over our Superfast Fibre Broadband. Free Wi-Fi access is included.

ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT

The entrance to the apartment features a Yale coded lock. You will be provided with a unique code on check-in for access through the main electronic gate and the main door to the apartment.

BEDROOMS

The well appointed boutique style Kingsize/twin bedrooms are equipped with Hypnos beds. The luxury bedding includes a choice of duck-down feather or hypoallergenic duvet. The bedrooms feature smart dimmable lighting and heating, Freesat TV, hairdryer, luggage stand, USB charging points and built-in wardrobe.

Each en-suite features a wet-room along with luxury toiletries, towels and Welsh hand-made goats milk soaps from Llanvalley North Wales (https://www.llanvalley.co.uk).

KITCHEN

Our apartment Kitchen has everything you should need. It is fully equipped with cooker/hob/extractor, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, ironing board, iron, hoover, cutlery and range of plates, cups and glasses.

A “breakfast bar” has seating for 4 people with convenient access to USB charging points for mobile phones. Speakers in the ceiling allow the streaming of audio from your mobile devices through our A/V system.

BOOT ROOM

A luxury boot room with settle and guest information provides a place to put your coats and boots after your days out exploring. The room includes electric underfloor heating and modern designer radiator.

DINING & ENTERTAINMENT

Relax and enjoy our Private Cinema experience. Our 4K projection system and Dolby Atmos sound system along with motorised cinema seating will give you the best film entertainment during your stay. The Private Cinema room also includes a dining table with 6 chairs for formal dining. There is feature fire place and mood lighting with coloured coffered ceilings to complete that cinema feel.

GARDENS TO RELAX

Outdoor living includes a sweet Summerhouse with lighting and seating. A large lawn and patio with bench seat, table & chairs with parasol. There are some lovely views over the woodlands beyond.
